Denelsbeck addressing jury trial rights in DWI cases in the New Jersey Supreme Court. The Appellate Division recently affirmed the trial court's decision to admit her client charged with second degree gun charges into PTI over the State's objection. The New Jersey Supreme Court denied the State's appeal of the PTI appeal.

Barbara Ungar presented and moderated a panel discussion on Hot Topics in Criminal Law sponsored by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the New Jersey State Bar Association Criminal Law Section on June 6, 2017.
